Our Strategic Process drives value from both vendor and client sides. Our interactions with vendors serve only one purpose: improving the outcome of our client’s projects by helping them meet their goals.  You are our priority, and we are dedicated to your success.  Our vendor-neutral approach guarantees unbiased recommendations for services and solutions that you may wish to consume.


Insights and lessons learned from this process are applied to our Project Process to help improve results. The information learned can lead to changes to decisions and strategy to the benefit of our client’s evolving ecosystem.



Portfolio believes that true alignment with a client or agency can only be achieved together through strategic planning and whiteboard sessions.  These sessions serve to provide context for the projects, aligning them with the overarching objectives. All technology is interwoven together. The more we understand the underlying fabric and requirements, the better outcome we can deliver when doing work on an individual thread.

While our vendor diligence is constant, the engagement with our client is customized to their desired cadence. The resulting output of our strategic process is consistent across our clients:
